Emergency Notification System (ENS)
As a way to improve safety and facilitate communication during and after emergency situations, Acme utilizes the Emergency Notification System (ENS) powered by Angus Anywhere. The ENS allows your Property Operations Team to communicate building related emergency information to assigned emergency contacts directly via email, text (SMS) and recorded voicemail.
To activate ENS subscriptions for your organization, please complete the Emergency Contact form and submit it to the Acme Management Office. Acme allows two contacts per customer to sign up for the emergency notifications at no cost.
Examples of when the ENS would be used are for building closures (post extreme weather, major power outages, flood, etc.) or imminent danger (fire, active shooter, bomb threat, etc.).
Please note that in addition to actual emergency notifications, all subscribers will receive at least 2 test messages per year to ensure that the system functions properly.
To unsubscribe from the system, change a contact’s information, or to add a new contact please submit a request in Customer Services. It will be the customer’s responsibility to let their Property Operations team know of any changes and keep their suite’s emergency contacts updated.
For questions about ENS subscriptions or this service, please contact your Acme Property Operations Team.
